Leads to introduce 3M Thinsulate ™ & Scotchgard™ solutions to apparel brands, highlighting their unique benefits and applications.
Implements Collaboration with the APAC team, where most of the brand suppliers are located, to ensure seamless supply chain operations and timely delivery to factories.
Determines Directions & Strategies to drive partnerships with brands.
Supports the Marketing team to drive for more co-branding marketing events, leveraging 3M's brand equity and expertise to create mutually beneficial promotions and campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Significant experience in the textile & apparel market, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
Clearly goal-oriented, with a strong self-driven principle and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling way.
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with clients and suppliers.
