About this role
Role Overview
Drive development of the atopic dermatitis access strategy
Lead the development of access messaging tactics and resources
Define and monitor key access KPIs
Design market access field training sessions
Organize field input teams for both field sales and field access
Lead dermatology franchise interactions with the field reimbursement team
Partner with Patient Services colleagues to implement hub initiatives
Ensure communication and collaboration across Payer, Consumer and HCP strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience with 5+ years of marketing experience
Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, access and reimbursement pathways
Clear understanding of the post-prescription process and patient journey
Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills
Proven experience working with customer-facing colleagues
Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
Experience in dermatology, immunology, or other competitive specialty therapeutic areas
