Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and other emerging platforms.
Leverage data analytics & attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and Looker to track full funnel campaign performance and analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, CR etc.), and ensure cost-effective results.
Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audience targeting, and user redirection to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports, manage campaign budgets efficiently, and ensure alignment with business targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage creative timelines and ensure timely delivery for campaign launches.
Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop and optimize ad visuals and ad copy for performance-driven results.
Ensure continuous alignment of campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 1.5 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing (in-house or agency)
Proficient in running paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads
Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and Looker
Good understanding of key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, and CR
Skilled in budget pacing, performance tracking, and data-driven campaign management
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
