Valve & Automation Sales Support Representative

Role Overview

• Support the Mid-Atlantic Inside & Outside Sales team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while learning the Valve Automation business.
• Size Actuators, Control Valves, Accessories, & build out Valve Automation quotations daily.
• Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
• Work with all associates in the district to support our V&A products.
• Be a team player and form solid relationships to establish trust with the entire district.
• Willingness to learn and train continually specific to Valve Automation products.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• 3-5 years of Valve & Automation sales knowledge preferred
• Proficient in Trilogie preferred
• Strong attention to detail & high aptitude for learning quickly
• High level of integrity when problem solving
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
