About this role
Role Overview
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 IT support to end users
- Support and administration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage and troubleshoot: Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
- Support Windows laptops and corporate mobile devices
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Device configuration and user administration
- Troubleshoot workplace IT issues and connectivity problems
- Collaborate with internal international teams to ensure smooth IT operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Support / Systems Administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting Windows environments
- Basic networking and office connectivity knowledge
- Experience with user management and device support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
- English level: C1 or Native
