Provide Desktop Support for end users, including hardware/software troubleshooting and user assistance
Handle Network Support activities within the office environment and for remote employees, including connectivity troubleshooting, device setup, and coordination with vendors when required
Support day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure
Assist with Azure Cloud operations and DevOps-related activities where applicable
Support CI/CD pipelines, basic cloud administration, monitoring, and system maintenance activities
Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and ongoing infrastructure improvements
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company IT policies
Requirements
3+ years of IT support / desktop support experience
1+ years of experience with Azure and basic familiarity with Azure environment and DevOps pipelines (monitoring/fixing failures)
Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting
