Assess the client’s current Quality Management System (QMS) landscape and document “To-Be” requirements
Conduct market research and develop a comprehensive overview of available construction QMS platforms
Identify and shortlist suitable solutions aligned to client needs
Support the end-to-end procurement and vendor selection process, including RFP/tender development
Facilitate supplier evaluation and scoring processes
Provide clear, impartial recommendations based on functional, technical, and commercial criteria
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into business and technical outputs
Deliver structured documentation, reports, and presentations to support decision-making

Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience
Desirable Management qualification or relevant years of experience
Additional course or certification in Business Analysis
Strong knowledge of construction QMS platforms (e.g., Zutec, Dalux or similar)
Solid understanding of quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 (BIM)
Proven ability to lead or support system selection and vendor evaluation processes
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business recommendations
