Role Overview
- Collect quality metrics for products
- Practice and execute design feedback for manufacturing
- Manage comprehensive quality issue analysis and generate thorough Failure Analysis (FA) reports
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve superior product quality
- Oversee creation, collection, analysis, and traceability of quality data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct field site product quality control and collaborate with worldwide quality teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or a related field
- Over 7 years of progressive quality control experience, specifically within the Electrical & Electronic Industry
- Demonstrated expertise in Quality Control (QC) methodologies and extensive experience with quality assurance practices
- Experience in handling customer visits and audits
- Strong independence, diligence, initiative, and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiarity with Taiwanese business culture is valuable
