Build and own the pipeline generation system: Design and operate the end-to-end infrastructure that identifies, qualifies, and routes opportunities to our AE team at scale.
Own data quality and coverage: Ensure our target account and contact data is accurate, enriched, and actionable. Build and maintain the processes that keep our CRM a reliable source of truth.
Build and optimise outbound programmes: Design and run outbound motions that combine personalisation at scale with strong deliverability. Monitor and continuously improve reply rates and meetings booked.
Operationalise lead routing and handoff: Build the workflows that ensure qualified opportunities reach the right AE quickly, with full context, so no momentum is lost between signal and conversation.
Build pipeline-attribution reporting: Create dashboards and reports that connect GTM activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes, enabling leadership to make informed decisions on where to invest.
Embed AI across the GTM function: Identify and implement AI-powered solutions across prospecting, research, personalisation, and workflow automation. AI should be the default in how this team operates, not an afterthought.
Own CRM architecture and hygiene: Maintain our CRM as the single source of truth for the GTM org. Build the data model, automations, and reporting infrastructure the team depends on, and partner with leadership on architecture decisions.
Requirements
3+ years in a GTM-adjacent technical role: RevOps, GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, Sales Engineering, Marketing Ops, or an SDR/AE who built the systems alongside the selling
Hands-on experience building GTM workflows and automation using modern tooling; able to design multi-step enrichment logic, API integrations, and custom workflows without engineering support
CRM depth: 3+ years hands-on in Salesforce or HubSpot, including flows, custom objects, complex reports, and APIs. Deep understanding of the GTM data model
Data and scripting fluency: SQL is comfortable; Python or JavaScript for API calls and data manipulation. Able to build and troubleshoot independently
Proven experience managing outbound infrastructure and email deliverability at scale, with a strong understanding of best practices
Deep AI fluency: you build with AI tools, not just use them. You have shipped automations where AI is a primary component, can prompt-engineer effectively, evaluate output quality, and design systems that handle AI's failure modes gracefully
Commercial thinking: you measure your work in pipeline and revenue impact, not features shipped. Able to contribute meaningfully in GTM leadership discussions and argue the right side of a tradeoff
Strong written communication: able to document a system clearly and explain a technical decision to a non-technical stakeholder in plain language
Self-directed and autonomous: this role has no template. You build it.
