Handle inbound calls from restaurants to help resolve ordering and delivery issues and provide effective solutions
Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and driving additional revenue when appropriate
Call newly registered restaurants that have expressed interest in high daily volume. Follow a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convert, and onboard them within 10 days
Manage written communication channels, including reviewing and logging claims
Coordinate with stakeholders across the company to ensure smooth resolution and information flow
Requirements
1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience. Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
Fluent in Lithuanian, English, and German (C1 level)
Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable executing multi-attempt outbound cadences and working in a target-driven environment
Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk)
Results-driven, organized, and able to manage many leads/accounts simultaneously
Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus
