Keep e‑commerce operations running: You are the point of contact for our fulfillment/3PL, coordinate restocking, and monitor inventory levels.
Manage processes & tools: You ensure our workflows run smoothly and are properly documented.
Right hand to management: You support leadership—coordinating topics and to‑dos, driving projects independently, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an e‑commerce/D2C company.
Experience in customer support / customer communication.
Tool affinity: You are comfortable using modern cloud and AI tools (Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, AI-based ticketing systems) and enjoy experimenting with new tools.
Plus points: exposure to basic accounting, inventory management/forecasting, or Amazon Seller experience.
