Responsible for performance marketing activities for the Italian market
Designing, managing and optimizing campaigns
Testing and iterating different campaign types and channels to determine the best multi-channel mix
Conducting performance analyses of campaigns and identifying new growth opportunities
Implementing keyword research and A/B testing to maximize profitability and conversion rates
Responsible for budget planning, forecasting and balancing short-term impact with a clear long-term roadmap

Extensive professional experience in performance marketing and SEA, ideally in B2C lead generation
Strong understanding of conversion goals (definition & implementation)
Experience with offline conversion tracking
Experience with bid strategies and campaign management
Technical proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, Excel, and ideally Tableau
Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Strong communication skills in Italian and English; German is a plus
