Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager; TikTok is a plus
Analytical mindset: you read data and translate insights into concrete actions
Strong execution skills — you prefer doing to planning
Fluent German (C1 or above); English is a plus
Desire to help shape channels and make a real impact in a growing company
