1+ years of experience as Instructional Designer
Prior experience with Storyline, Synthesia or other interactive e-learning authoring tools designed for branching scenarios and deep custom logic.
Experience using AI-driven video generators used to create videos from text scripts.
Strong hands-on experience with creating training videos, marketing content, and internal communications.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate across global time zones and teams.
