Requirements
Proven success in business development, consultative sales, or software/SaaS sales environments.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
Confident presenting solutions, leading client demonstrations, and delivering engaging workshops or events.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Commercially driven, self-motivated, and highly organised, with strong pipeline and time management capabilities.
Knowledge or experience within water hygiene, compliance, risk management, or other regulated sectors such as healthcare, FM, or the public sector would be highly advantageous.
Full UK driving licence required, with willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
