Role Overview
- Advising on regulatory requirements for transactions in the private market
- Supporting various teams in their daily operations and during the launch of new funds
- Providing guidance on matters related to collective investment law (CISA) and AML regulations
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations during the approval process
- Coordinating compliance and risk monitoring programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Law
- CAS, AML or ICA certifications
- Professional experience in Wealth Management at a bank or with fund management companies
- Solid knowledge of fund regulations such as CISA, AIFMD, ESG and MiFID II
- IT skills, particularly in the use of banking software and Excel
- German and English language skills
