Lead and manage a team of operational risk testing professionals
Provide oversight of risk-based monitoring and evaluation activities
Assist REA Executive with the design, development, and implementation of the REA operational risk testing program
Utilize knowledge of data analysis tools to evaluate controls and identify weaknesses
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal clients and regulatory examiners
Participate in special projects and assist in enhancing the REA Program

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 6 years of compliance, risk management, and/or audit experience
Strong knowledge of banking operations and products
Experience managing a team of testing, compliance, or operational risk professionals
Advanced working knowledge of financial services compliance
Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating results to a diverse audience
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
