Support day-to-day community engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Drive engagement across our online communities and real-time interaction through content creation
Manage comment and direct message management, trend monitoring, and performance reporting
Engage with our social communities by liking, commenting, and responding to mentions
Support content calendars, post scheduling, and outreach
Track social and community performance metrics
Help maintain dashboards and compile reports that inform future content strategy
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support integrated campaigns
Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok)
Basic understanding of creative & marketing tools, video editing and analytics platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
