Understanding social media performance and optimising our posts based on what’s performing well for each channel.
Conducting industry research for culture, social, tiktok and fashion trends and proactively recommend new and innovative ideas.
Research and keep up with current TikTok trends and proactively manage how the brand can leverage this through our own content creation.
Analysing & executing on relevant reporting and coming up with innovative ways to improve key metrics and performance across all channels.
Ideate and execute social content references for key brand content pillars.
Update content banks daily and file in relevant folders for team access.
Support the wider brand team where needed.

Minimum 1+ years experience in social media execution. (Fashion experience preferable)
Strong understanding & ability to navigate across all social media platforms.
Experience with Tiktok, iphone video editing softwares & adobe.
Strong Video editing skills for both social media and campaign.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
