Serve as one of the customer leads for Amazon.com accountable for top-line growth, joint business planning, and promotional execution.
Build strong customer relationships and create mutual value for our merchants and bottler partners.
Manage customer P&L and trade spend to maximize ROI.
Conduct deep financial and promotional analyses to inform customer investment strategy and identify optimization opportunities.
Lead negotiations pertaining to profitability, pricing and promotions.
Build the Digital Shelf Playbook and serve as the project lead to mobilize the cross-functional team to deliver on the executional priorities and updates.
Collaborate with Marketing to secure best-in-class content.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in CPG and Strategic Selling
Experience with Amazon is a plus
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities; expertise in financial modeling, price/promo optimization, and customer planning
Proficient in Amazon systems including Vendor Central, and high digital acumen
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
Passion for beverage brands, the eCommerce channel, elevating team culture, and being a part of high-performing teams.
