Mobility Benefits Portfolio Management: Operationalize mobility benefits such as Vale Transporte (transportation voucher), fuel allowance (Vale Combustível) and coordinate with chartered/contracted transport services.
Operations and Procurement: Execute the monthly purchasing cycle for mobility benefits, ensuring correct loading of credits and coordination with chartered transport providers.
Data and Eligibility Management: Maintain the beneficiary database, cross-referencing schedule information (hybrid, retail and corporate) with applicable fare rates across different states.
Financial Control and Payroll: Validate operator invoices, post accounting entries and ensure the accuracy of payroll deduction items in accordance with current legislation.
Partner Relations and Support: Manage relationships with suppliers and operators to resolve technical issues, and act as the focal point for inquiries from employees, managers and Business Partners (BPs).
Analysis and Reporting: Prepare monitoring reports and periodic audits to ensure the financial and operational health of the area.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
Experience: Experience in benefits operations, with specific focus on mobility (VT / Vale Transporte and fuel allowances).
Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (required: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data cross-referencing).
Profile: Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and ease handling manual processes and file-based workflows.
Advantageous: Knowledge of SAP (ECC / Benefits Module).
Previous experience in companies with different scale models and national operations.
