The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting and executing the strategy for compensation, benefits and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost discipline and market competitiveness.
Support the design, implementation and governance of fixed and variable compensation structures.
Conduct salary surveys and market analyses (P25, P50, P75).
Manage job evaluation, job grading and salary structures.
Support annual cycles: merit, bonus and long-term incentives.
Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Manage and optimize the benefits portfolio, balancing cost and employee value proposition.
Interface with vendors and support negotiations and renewals.
Monitor utilization, costs and market trends.
Support communication and employee understanding of benefits.
Support the preparation of the headcount budget and personnel forecast.
Monitor headcount trends versus plan, identifying risks and variances.
Analyze personnel costs (salaries, benefits, bonuses and provisions).
Partner with Finance and business areas to ensure financial discipline and organizational efficiency.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and KPIs (headcount, turnover, costs).
Generate insights to support decision-making.
Ensure data consistency and quality.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Support audits and materials for the Compensation Committee.
