Inbound calls of restaurants to help them solve their ordering and delivery challenges and provide effective solutions
Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross‑selling capabilities and driving additional revenue when relevant
Call newly registered restaurants that have shown interest in a high daily volume. Follow a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 10 days
Handle written communication channels, including reviewing and registering claims.
Communicate with all related stakeholders across the company to ensure smooth resolution and information flow
Requirements
1–3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience. Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
You speak Lithuanian, English and German on C1 level
Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences and target-driven work
Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce or HubSpot or Zendesk)
Results-driven, organized, and able to manage many leads/accounts simultaneously
Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus
