About this role
Role Overview
Understand market trends and requirements for Automotive Processing solutions (MCU, MPU, NPU).
Drive business development with customers in partnership with sales to deliver profitable design win pipeline and revenue growth.
Build and strengthen relationships with European Tier-1 suppliers, semiconductor companies, and OEMs to drive design wins and align technology needs with GF’s differentiated offerings.
Serve as a champion of GF’s technology solutions with strong external presence at customer, technology conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
Define the market requirements, creating MRDs for new process technology & design IP.
Create & deploy compelling presentation collateral (Sales kit) on GF unique processes and provide sales team training for effective customer adoption.
Drive marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategy in partnership with the marketing team.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
10+ years of experience in semiconductor business development, product marketing, or technical sales, with a focus on automotive compute or processing technologies.
Deep domain expertise in Automotive MCU, MPU and compute architecture.
Travel Requirements: approximately 25% of travel.
Demonstrated experience engaging with Tier-1 suppliers, semiconductor partners, and OEMs in Europe.
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into strategic business opportunities.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and proactive work ethic.
Ability to identify opportunities and independently pursue strategic opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; German proficiency is highly preferred.
