About this role
Role Overview
After completing the program you will take responsibility for an established sales territory and become a trusted partner and advisor for your customers
You are the face of Ecolab and provide recommendations on advanced cleaning and hygiene solutions and programs that promote a positive customer experience and create clean, safe environments
Build strong, trusting relationships with existing customers through regular service visits
Get to know customers' dishwashing and laundry systems and work hands-on with dosing equipment
Develop knowledge in installation, maintenance and safe operation, and ensure customers are properly trained
Identify growth opportunities and expand the sales territory
Coordinate sales and service activities with colleagues from other divisions and internal functions (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service)
Approach potential customers to win new accounts and strengthen the Ecolab brand within your territory
Requirements
Completed a (technical) vocational training or a technical/business degree
Some initial experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or service in a B2B environment
Good technical understanding; basic knowledge of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage
Willingness to learn, open to feedback and motivated to continuously develop new skills
Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach and creative thinking
Able to adapt well to new situations and challenges
Desire to develop your career in sales and service-related roles
Basic IT skills (CRM experience is an advantage)
Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel and stay overnight within the assigned territory and occasionally across Germany
