Talent Acquisition Operations Partner

Role Overview

• Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow
• Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders
• Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring smooth transitions
• Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence
• Participate in testing activities within Workday to enhance system functionality
• Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Fluent English, Spanish
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Preferably exposed to Workday and Service Now
• Resilient, with the ability to work independently to resolve problems.
