Role Overview
Learning and becoming an expert in Sestek’s Agentic AI
Analyzing customer needs and designing the best-fit solutions using Sestek products
Working closely with customers’ business and technical teams
Providing consultancy, training, and best practice guidance for Sestek solutions
Supporting customers in improving AI assistant performance and conversation experiences
Building strong customer relationships to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction
Assisting with critical customer requests and issue escalations when needed
Reporting customer feedback, product demands, and improvement opportunities to internal teams
Requirements
University degree in science or engineering (not determinant for this position)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
Minimum 4 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in business analysis or product/project consultancy (AI, IT or call center technologies)
Good knowledge of MS Office, basic data analysis, and diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io)
General knowledge of customer interaction technologies (telephony, contact center, mobile, webchat, etc.)
Eager to learn and adaptable to technology changes
SQL and API experience is a plus
Experience in speech technologies or Conversational AI is a plus
Knowledge/experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI is a plus
Effective presentation skills are a plus
Driver’s license (class B) is a plus.
