About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across utilities and energy clients
Build and manage a high-value pipeline with accurate forecasting
Build and maintain relationships with: – Utility companies – OEMs – Engineering consultants – Energy stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with client business and technical needs
Develop strategic account plans across the Americas
Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities
Expand presence within key accounts and regions
Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to shape solutions
Lead technical presentations and client discussions
Align offerings with grid modernization and digital transformation initiatives
Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals
Structure agreements that support long-term partnerships
Deliver against annual order booking targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
10–15+ years of business development or sales experience
Proven success in power, utilities, or industrial automation sectors
Strong understanding of: – Grid automation – Power systems – Energy infrastructure technologies
Track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
