Role Overview
- Lead and manage IT testing programs for SEC ISS
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans
- Oversee testing phases from requirements analysis to execution
- Direct testing operations for accessibility and performance validation
- Manage defect identification, triage, tracking, and closure
- Provide Tier 4 technical support for complex issues
- Collaborate with service teams for testing artifact alignment
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship (no dual citizenship allowed)
- Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of experience leading enterprise IT testing programs
- Experience managing test planning and execution phases
- Testing experience with IT technologies, including operating systems and applications
- Experience performing Section 508 accessibility testing
- Knowledge of functional and usability testing
- Experience in load/stress testing in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in defect lifecycle management and reporting
- Test automation strategy and implementation
