Develop a strong understanding of ALM’s value proposition and clearly articulate how our solutions address client needs
Manage and convert inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities
Drive sales of individual and small-to-mid team solutions
Support pipeline development through outbound prospecting, follow-up, and consistent outreach activity
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
Partner with enterprise sales lead to support larger opportunities and account growth
Track and manage opportunities throughout the sales process to ensure timely progression and close
Maintain a strong understanding of client workflows, challenges, and opportunities to deliver relevant solutions
Provide feedback on customer needs, messaging, and market trends to support continuous improvement
Represent the business in client meetings and as needed, industry events (some travel required)

2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable with outbound outreach and maintaining high activity levels
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a sales career
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or professional services environments
Interest in legal, education, or technology-driven solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
