Community Leasing Associate

Role Overview

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents
• Showcase community features and close leases
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention
• Manage lease files and system updates
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Update social media and execute marketing tasks
• Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
