Train and develop developers
Manage onboarding journeys and continuous training (code review)
Run dojos, pair programming sessions, and internal trainings
Drive community engagement on a daily basis
Organize internal talks, coding sessions, and meetups
Highlight individual and team successes
Foster a culture of mutual support, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Represent Extend's technical vision
Produce and share external content (articles, conferences, LinkedIn posts)
Participate in recruitment and the technical evaluation of candidates
Uphold Extend's image of technical excellence both internally and externally
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead
Expertise in Node.js/React or Java Spring Boot/Angular
Experience with complex architectures
Experience working with large enterprises and scale-ups
Experience operating within a cross-functional team (feature team)
Degree from an engineering school
Nice to have: prior experience as a speaker at a conference or tech meetup
Active on specialized forums or at industry events
