1–3 years in a high-volume outbound role: SDR/BDR, recruiting/sourcing, inside sales, or phone-based fundraising/admissions
Genuinely comfortable on the phone
Organized and consistent; you can run the same sequence 100x/week without dropping follow-ups
Clear written and verbal communication
Coachable and metrics-driven; you want to see your numbers and beat them
Bonus: experience recruiting clinicians, healthcare; familiarity with a CRM/sequencing tool
