Execute full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention activity.
Track and optimise against key KPIs including NC-ROAS, CAC, MER, and eROAS.
Communicate campaign updates, insights, and opportunities clearly and confidently.
Collaborate closely within your pod to ensure strategy and execution remain aligned.
Support Growth Strategists in client calls and performance reviews.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
Proven experience managing and scaling e-commerce advertising campaigns.
Deep understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, and performance optimisation.
Comfortable analysing data across Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and platform reporting tools.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of e-commerce growth metrics.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Proactive mindset with a strong bias toward testing and action.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working within client-facing teams.
