About this role
Role Overview
- Manage the Shop and his/her team of agents with responsibility for revenues and results.
- Coach and mentor real estate agents in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Acquisition and supervision of clients and properties.
- Preparation and holding of sales presentations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and primary research of the market
- keep the sales team updated of internal knowledge.
- Implement the sales strategies plans.
- Participate in the recruitment of new real estate agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or Diploma (preferably in Business
- related field).
- Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken (German would be considered an asset).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional experience in Sales / Service providing industry. Experience in the real estate sector will be considered a plus.
