B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or related
10+ years LEO/MEO mission planning, on-orbit testing, and operations
Strong space systems engineering — orbit mechanics, space environment, RF telecom
Ground segment + space segment knowledge
LEOP (Launch & Early Orbit Phase) experience
Collision avoidance / conjunction analysis / ITU-FCC-ESA compliance
GNC knowledge (collaborates with GNC team)
Confluence + JIRA experience
English required; French is an asset (Montreal)
