Leading a team of Business Development Managers to consistently meet and exceed acquisition targets
Coaching team members on calls, deal progression and outbound outreach strategy
Running effective team routines, including daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews and 1:1s
Supporting pipeline development and managing performance metrics across the funnel
Actively stepping in to support key deals, unblock challenges and drive outcomes
Ensuring the team maintains high-quality outreach and follows best practice processes
Hiring, onboarding and developing new team members as the team grows

Requirements
Strong sales profile with 5-8+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales, with at least 5 years leading direct sales teams, ideally within a SaaS or marketplace environment
A track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets
Experience scaling teams up to around 15+ team members
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and the sales development process
Confident in managing team performance, pipeline health and daily operating rhythm
Comfortable using sales tools like HubSpot or equivalent CRMs
A team-first mindset — someone who leads by example and brings energy and consistency
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give feedback and motivate others
Organised, proactive and ready to grow into a more senior leadership role
