Lead the on-the-ground team of market experts responsible for developing Airbnb Luxe supply
Define the regional growth strategy
Promote the Airbnb Luxe brand and quality standards
Support the creation and maintenance of relationships with high-end hosts
Manage regional business performance in line with key performance indicators (KPIs)

Over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or market management
Deep knowledge of the luxury travel and real estate sectors in North America and/or Latin America
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding supply acquisition and revenue targets
Experience establishing and managing high-value partnerships
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and performance dashboards
Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish is a major plus.
