Requirements
10+ years of related experience
BS/BA Degree Required
Sales/BD/Capture/Proposal experience within the DoW/Army environment; preferably in a technical area (i.e. Signals, Cyber, etc.) and/or acquisition background (i.e. ACC, ACC-APG, PEO, CPE, PAE)
Demonstrated experience managing a pipeline of business focused on year-over-year Growth or equivalent experience managing a pipeline of acquisitions or major government projects
Demonstrable track record of success converting that pipeline into single award wins upward of $50M and/or equivalent experience managing government projects or acquisition to successful completion/execution
Experience developing Account Strategies or Strategies for Capability Development and Acquisition
Experience with forecasting capabilities and tools, including CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce), SharePoint, and all Microsoft Office applications
Assuming prior business development experience, willingness to provide ‘deal sheet’ of opportunities led and supported with results (won, lost, pending) [without disclosing proprietary information]
