Develop an understanding of business profiles, needs and expectations
To determine the online advertising goals of the caller
To develop and maintain a strong knowledge of available tools and systems
To set reasonable and clear expectations that lead to satisfied customers
To communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure high quality service for customers
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Successful track record in directly driving business, highly motivated
Is passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing
Creative mindset and good understanding of client’s needs
Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and native in the language of supporting market
