lead the discovery and delivery of customer and employee experiences across Consumer and SMB Card portfolio for Fraud and Card Replacement
collaborate with Senior Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to define the vision, roadmap, features and releases for Credit Card customer journeys
identify best solutions for customer needs by conducting research, designs, prototypes, and other exploration activities
develop in-depth understanding of end-to-end customer experience and needs as well as business vision and strategy to inform scrum team backlog prioritization
focus on holistic approach to create products and services in all channels for external and internal customers
define, refine, accept, and prioritize stories according to business value, risk, stakeholder priorities, and complexity
own and maintain one scrum team’s backlog to streamline execution
partner with BSAs, Tech Leads, and Scrum teams to execute upon this work
set priorities of the sprint and ensure the team aligns and agrees on a final sprint plan
participate in program and team events including quarterly planning, demos, daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives
manage activities for completion and proper documentation of business requirements and validate metrics as appropriate
Requirements
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
