Act as a clinical, commercial, and strategic anchor for your region
Drive therapy adoption and sustainable patient pathway development across complex accounts
Act as a senior subject-matter expert in peripheral and endovascular interventions
Intervene in complex, politically sensitive, or at-risk situations
Translate company and regional strategy into action plans
Develop and articulate clinical, operational, and economic value propositions
Support customers in navigating reimbursement frameworks
Design, refine, and scale patient pathways and inter-hospital referral networks
Diagnose clinical and organizational challenges
Support complex clinical activity ensuring safe use of therapies
Mentor and coach Associate Account Managers
Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent commercial and clinical experience
Minimum 6 years’ experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or therapy development within complex hospital environments
Experience in advanced or acute clinical settings (e.g. endovascular, cath lab, OR, ICU, emergency care)
Proven success in strategic account management, therapy development, and multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement
All required certifications and vendor credentials must be maintained.
