Developing and managing recurring analyses, insights, and unique data visualizations to improve retention and mitigate churn.
Analyzing base performance and trends by distilling complex data sets into concise and actionable data insights.
Tracking and analyzing the performance of select customer segments and sub-segments, as well as select retention initiatives, while tying performance to overall base trends.
Serving as a subject matter expert for proactive, recurring, and nuanced insight generation to help dictate the conversation around churn & provide strategic guidance to stakeholders and leadership across Verizon Business Group.
Requirements
Four to six years of relevant marketing experience required.
Experience with marketing analytics and driving actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization and communicating strategies and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, or data visualization platforms like Tableau
