Manages all transactional outcomes of customer contacts or refers to appropriate internal business groups

Post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of competitive marketplace trends and product offerings
Knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services
Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course / IIROC licensed as an Investment Representative when joining BMO
