Learn SRMC and specific Department systems, methodologies, and requirements for accomplishing tasks
Assist more senior engineering personnel in performing related activities in more complex tasks
Accept delegated technical responsibility for a limited phase of a scientific or engineering program
Support engineers or scientists performing related phases of a program
Assist in studies, development, testing and analysis of designs, processes, or procedures related to a limited phase of a system or program
Plan and develop conventional engineering and scientific solutions for technical problems or project objectives using SRMC engineering methodologies and requirements
Collaborate with colleagues to provide innovative improvements to the existing processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
Currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university with expected graduation by August 31, 2026 (applicant must include expected graduation date on resume)
Knowledge of advanced engineering principles and practices to develop appropriate outputs
Working knowledge of National Codes and Standards
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a changing environment with multiple demands and priorities
Good organizational and communication skills
GPA of 2.8 or higher (please list GPA in the profile)
