Role Overview
- Provide remote support to system users;
- Receive, analyze, and follow up on tickets via an internal tool;
- Handle support requests related to POS or ERP systems;
- Manage inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, or phone calls;
- Assist with questions and configuration issues;
- Support requests related to peripherals;
- Maintain and update information in the system.
Requirements
- Experience in remote customer support roles;
- Basic technical support knowledge;
- Comfortable using computers and technology;
- Basic understanding of ERP and POS systems;
- Experience with data-entry systems;
- Strong communication skills;
- Sense of urgency;
- Dynamic and proactive;
- Team player;
- Quick to learn technical details;
- Organized;
- Analytical;
- Punctual.
- High school diploma required; college in progress or completed is acceptable.
