Create and produce short-form video and image content for Instagram that feels real and relatable to parents

Handle all aspects of content scheduling, captioning, thumbnail selection, and publishing
Build and manage an ongoing network of influencers, parent creators, and UGC contributors
Develop a sustainable content flywheel so the brand consistently publishes fresh, authentic content
Handle outreach, coordination, content licensing, and repurposing of creator material
Lead Instagram as the primary growth channel — owning follower growth, engagement, and reach
Develop and execute a content calendar that serves both community building and subscription conversion
Continuously test, learn, and optimize based on platform performance data
Work asynchronously within a globally distributed team, with clear communication and reliable delivery
Operate as a self-directed owner — bringing ideas, flagging issues, and delivering without needing prompting
Requirements
Excellent English fluency — comfortable writing captions, briefs, and communicating on video
A strong portfolio of social media or content marketing work for consumer brands (must include links)
High visual design competency — polished, on-brand output that goes beyond template-based tools
Demonstrated experience managing influencer relationships or UGC sourcing programs
Full-cycle campaign experience: planning, creating, publishing, and iterating
Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and fluency with tools like Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
