Act as a strategic partner to Operations leadership, providing consultative support on people-related matters, organizational structure, performance, and organization
Support business decisions using people analytics, including team sizing, payroll cost analysis, organizational impact, and operational efficiency
Contribute to strategic recruitment, organizational development, and performance management in partnership with HR specialist teams
Prepare and present executive materials, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making
Operate autonomously without direct formal leadership—prioritizing requests, structuring diagnostics, and proposing solutions
Support engagement initiatives, organizational climate, and culture strengthening by translating business needs into action plans
Use data, analytical tools, and technology resources (including AI as support) to generate insights and strategic recommendations
Consistently serve as an internal consultant to the business, balancing people, strategy, and results perspectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields)
Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or Specialist, working in complex organizational contexts
Previous experience with operational areas and/or engineering
Strong analytical skills, including interpretation of metrics, team sizing, payroll cost analysis, and assessment of organizational impacts
Mature and structured communication, with the ability to interact across leadership levels, including C‑Level
Ability to work with high autonomy, organization, and sense of priorities
Experience preparing reports, analyses, and executive presentations
Consistent use of data and analytical tools, with familiarity using technology and AI to support decision-making
Advanced English
Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Business, Strategy, or Analytics is desirable
