Role Overview
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, ensuring alignment between business needs and execution;
- Conduct data
- and metrics-driven diagnostics, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains;
- Lead and support transformation initiatives, including high-impact change cases (turnaround/performance improvement);
- Work with a focus on governance, agility and demand prioritization;
- Participate in the development, monitoring and analysis of the department budget;
- Prepare executive presentations with clear storytelling and impact orientation.
Requirements
- Experience with technology topics, agile methodologies and budget management;
- Experience in diagnostics based on data and metrics;
- Proven cases of driving measurable change;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
