Accurately process and manage payroll for all employees (approx 200)
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate HRIS data and liaising with global centers of excellence as needed

College Diploma in HR Management, Accounting or Business Administration
1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on payroll, benefits or HR
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills; projection of professional image and credibility; teamwork oriented, flexible and inclusive
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Expert in MS Excel
Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree; Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)
